VAT refund assistance will be also provided if necessary. You will be expedited through security check and passport control. The agent will escort you to the lounge, if you have access to it, or directly to the gate area. You will be then taken to the boarding when the time comes.

Transit service

If you need to clear passport control, the agent will expedite your passage through it. You will be swiftly assisted through luggage retrieval, check-in for your connecting flight and security filter, should your itinerary require you to comply with any of these procedures. In case of any unforeseen issue, such as a missed connection or a flight cancellation, the agent will remain at your side and closely assist you with your alternative plans. The agent will escort you to the lounge, if you have access to it, or all the way to the scheduled gate of your departure flight.

The cancellation policy and additional conditions:

Less than 48 hours before flight arrival or departure - 100% cancellation fee. After takeoff or landing - 100% cancellation fee. No show - 100% cancellation fee. Any changes that are made to the request after its confirmation will be considered as the cancellation of the old request and placing a new one. Changing request means: change of date/flight number/passenger's name. Adding passengers to the already confirmed request is also considered as placing a new request. The duration of the service is 2.5 hours, in case of prolongation of the service or necessity to carry out the service for the passengers due to operational conditions the addition time is additionally charged.
